Generally, the place was deluxe and had very amiable staff who did n't know how to be a customer service. Location: the hotel was so close to shopping areas, and a bazar. It was not too far from Culver's, serving fast food. The room of place was neat with balcony. A mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe were perfect.

Outstanding service by Firoz and Thakshila, spacious and clean rooms with all amenities, beautiful lobby and outside areas, very close to the airport, super helpful staff, making sure everything was perfect.

Booked for two king beds. Only had two twins and one king.

Easy base for 9 nights with really helpful staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Favorable location for my purposes. Very easy to get from Dubai Airport, just 0.5 miles away.

The hotel is conveniently located near grocery stores and shopping areas. We loved our room with a balcony; it was spacious. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location in a bustling bazaar area was perfect for us.

Our family trip to the Royal Concorde was delightful. During our stay, we found the hotel to be conveniently located with various amenities nearby. the hotel staff, especially Amr and the Arabic lady, displayed utmost professionalism and courtesy. the spacious property provided ample relaxation space, with numerous dining options and grocery stores in the vicinity. Special commendation to Mr Maher for his exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
